1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

These Rules of Purchase and Sale (hereinafter referred to as the Rules) are a legal document binding on the parties, defining the rights and obligations of the Buyer (hereinafter the Buyer) and Seller (hereinafter the Seller), conditions of purchase and payment for goods, delivery and return procedures, parties’ liability and other aspects related to the purchase and sale of goods in the ekozoe.lt e-shop.

The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Rules at any time.

All disputes shall be settled by negotiation. In case of failure to reach a mutual agreement, problematic issues are resolved in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

2. PURCHASE OF GOODS IN THE ONLINE STORE

2.1. Select goods, add them to the cart and click “Checkout”.
2.2. Sign up or shop as a guest.
2.3. Fill in or confirm your contact details.
2.4. Choose the delivery and payment method acceptable to you.
2.5. Check that the order and contact information are correct, and confirm the order.

3. PRICES, TERMS AND METHODS OF PAYMENT OF GOODS

3.1. The prices of the goods are indicated in euros.
3.2. Ekozoe.lt e-shop has the right to change the prices of products sold in the e-shop without notice.
3.3. The following payment methods are available:
3.3.1. Payment using the paysera.com system and payment methods provided by the latter.
3.3.2. Payment using the Stripe system.

4. RETURN OF GOODS

4.1. In order to return the goods purchased in the ekozoe.lt e-shop, you need to know:
4.1.1. It is necessary to inform us by e-mail info@ekozoe.lt (indicate the order number, reasons for return and the list of goods to be returned) within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the goods.
4.1.2. When the reason for returning the product is poor quality (e.g. damaged packaging, etc.) or you received a product other than the one you ordered, we undertake to selectively replace the product of the wrong quality with the product of the right quality or return the money paid for the product.
4.1.3. Goods of defective quality are replaced or returned in accordance with the “Rules for Return and Exchange of Items” approved by the Order of the Minister of Economy No. 217 of June 29, 2001;
4.1.4. Goods of appropriate quality shall be returned in accordance with the Order of the Minister of Economy of the Republic of Lithuania No. 258 of August 17, 2001 approved in accordance with the established procedure “Rules for the Sale of Goods and Provision of Services when Contracts Are Concluded Using Means of Communication”. In this case, the cost of returning the goods is paid by the Buyer.
4.2. The following conditions must be met when returning the goods:
4.2.1. The returned product must be in the original neat packaging.
4.2.2. The product must be undamaged by the Buyer.
4.2.3. The product must not have lost its commercial appearance (undamaged labels, peeled off protective film, etc.) (this item does not apply in the event of the return of a defective product).
4.2.4. The returned product must be in the same configuration as received by the Buyer.

5. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

5.1. We guarantee:
5.1.1. security of personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address, etc.) provided by the Buyer in the ekozoe.lt e-shop.
5.1.2. Personal information will be used only for the purchase and sale of goods.
5.1.3. Personal information will not be passed on to third parties without your consent.
5.1.4. The personal information provided by you will be used only for the purchase and sale transaction, except for the cases regulated by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

6. CONCLUSION OF PURCHASE-SALE AGREEMENT

6.1. The Buyer, in order to purchase the goods sold in the ekozoe.lt e-shop, must read the purchase terms and conditions;
6.2. Confirm that you have read the terms and conditions in the Payment Details section.

7. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE BUYER

7.1. The Buyer has the right to buy goods in the ekozoe.lt e-shop and undertakes to comply with these Rules of Purchase and Sale.
7.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the goods purchased in the ekozoe.lt e-shop (see Chapter 4).
7.3. The Buyer undertakes not to pass on his login details to third parties. If the Buyer loses the login data, he/she must immediately inform the administration of ekozoe.lt e-shop by e-mail info@ekozoe.lt.
7.4. If the data provided in the registration form of the Buyer changes, he/she must update them immediately.
7.5. If the Buyer refuses to accept the goods during the delivery of the goods without good reasons, he/she must cover the costs of delivery of the goods.
7.6. By using the ekozoe.lt e-shop, the Buyer agrees with these Rules of Purchase and Sale and undertakes to comply with them.

8. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE SELLER

8.1. If the Buyer knowingly or unintentionally damages or attempts to damage the operation of the e-shop and / or violates its obligation, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the Buyer’s access to the ekozoe.lt e-shop, in exceptional cases cancel the Buyer’s registration.
8.2. In the event of circumstances beyond the control of the Seller (force majeure) and other important circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the operation of the online store without notifying the Buyer in advance.
8.3. The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop.
8.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer under the conditions specified in these Rules.
8.5. The Seller, being unable to deliver the ordered goods to the Buyer due to important circumstances, undertakes to offer a similar or as similar a product as possible. If the Buyer refuses to accept a similar or most similar product, the Seller undertakes to return the money paid to the Buyer within 3 (three) working days, if the advance payment has been made.

9. LIABILITY

9.1. The Buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the data provided in the registration form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate data in the registration form, the Seller is not responsible for the consequences.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for the security of his/her login data and in case of transfer to third parties, the subsequent actions of third parties in the e-shop using the transferred data become the Buyer’s liability.
9.3. The Buyer is responsible for his/her actions performed using the e-shop.
9.4. If the Seller’s e-shop contains links to the websites of other companies, institutions, organizations or persons, the Seller is not responsible for the information or activities performed there, does not supervise, control or represent those companies and persons. In the event of damage, the guilty party compensates the other party for the direct damage.

10. FINAL PROVISIONS

The Seller reserves the right to change or supplement these Rules at any time.
